But Neville is not a killer, he did not seek the revenge nor did he feel he needed it because he finally found his place, found his way, and killing Bellatrix wasn’t a priority for him anymore. He had bigger things to worry about, like defeating the Dark Lord and saving his friends’ lives and ultimately being a hero.

So yeah, maybe Neville deserved to kill Bellatrix after what she did to his parents, but Neville wasn’t out for revenge and I don’t think I would have loved his character as much if he’d avenged his parents.
